Credit Crunch Worries

Investment Fever is off the boil during the present credit crunch crisis as many investors are running away from real estate investments - losing huge amounts of money in the process. Other savvy investors are buying properties for free or at least for a fraction of the price they were selling for two years ago and getting great returns on investment.

The downside is no one knows how long this downturn will last. I myself stopped investing in the uk property market about three years ago. According to Robert Kiyosaki there are too many average people who think they are property investors. When amateur investors such as shoe shine boys and taxi drivers start giving investment advice about buying shares or property most shrewd investors have already left the market and made their money. I found properties that cash-flowed much better in europe and the carribbean and decided to start investing outside the UK at the moment.
