Investment Fever is off the boil during the present credit crunch crisis as many investors are running away from real estate investments - losing huge amounts of money in the process. The downside is no one knows how long this downturn will last. I myself stopped investing in the uk property market about three years ago. I found properties that cash-flowed much better in europe and the carribbean and decided to start investing outside the UK at the moment.
